Websites, agents and automation that hold up in use
Every build starts from the job it has to do — take the booking at 11pm on a Sunday, take the order, save the afternoon of copy-paste. We scope it against that job, build only what serves it, and stay with it after launch. Everything we ship is live and in daily use.

What we do
Six things we build, and we’ll tell you which one fits
Every project starts from the job the thing has to do — take a booking, take an order, save an afternoon of copy-paste. Each feature earns its place against that job, and we’ll tell you which ones do before any of them get built.
Web development
The sites behind our project work. Fast on mobile data, structured for the areas a business actually serves, and built so the enquiry arrives usable.
Web development →AI agents
The unglamorous version: the agent that handles the fiftieth identical enquiry, freeing your people for the ones that need a person. Built to stay steady under real users.
AI agents →Automation
The pipeline that sorts the order, files the paperwork, and carries data between two systems that were built to work apart.
Automation →Product development
For teams who’ve outgrown off-the-shelf tools and want something shaped around the way they already work.
Product development →Digital products
Booking flows, ordering systems, customer portals — the pieces that turn a website from a brochure into something that does a job.
Digital products →Machine learning
Custom models where there’s a real pattern worth catching — and a straight answer about whether yours is one of them.
Machine learning →The work
The work, all written up
Each write-up sets out the brief, the build and where it landed. You get the reasoning behind every decision rather than a headline percentage — and the live sites are there to look at yourself.
The Driving Spot
A driving school across two counties, where every town it covers now gets a page that speaks to it directly.
Fisherman’s Chips
A chip shop where the site takes the order and leaves the phone line free for the counter.
A.R Worldwide
A currency exchange where the site has to earn trust before anyone hands over money.
How we work
Four commitments you can hold us to
These are the same four on our about page, and they’re the ones we’d want to be judged on.
You talk to the people building it
The engineer writing your code is in the conversation from the first call, which is why scoping stays quick and estimates hold up.
Scoped against an outcome
Every project starts with the number that has to move — bookings, enquiries, hours saved. Each feature we recommend traces back to that number, and we’ll show you the line before it gets built.
Built in-house, start to finish
Every line is written by our own team. That keeps quality consistent, and when something needs fixing the responsibility sits squarely with us.
We stay after launch
Monitoring, iteration and support once it’s live, so the thing keeps earning its place as the business grows.
Before you ask
Three things we’ll be straight with you about
Here’s where we’ll part company with the pitch you’ve probably heard before.
Where a Google ranking actually comes from
Google’s own guidance on hiring an SEO treats a guaranteed number-one ranking as a reason to walk away, and we agree with it. We build the structure that makes ranking possible — the pages, the markup, the speed — and the ranking follows from the work.
Whether your project needs AI
Plenty of projects are stronger built the simple way — less to go wrong, less to maintain, and a result you can reason about. Where yours is one of them we’ll say so, because we’d rather build the thing you still rely on in two years than the thing that demos well.
What a website can move on its own
Sometimes the real lever isn’t the site at all — it’s your availability, your reviews, or how fast the phone gets answered. We’ll tell you that up front, even when the straight answer costs us the job, because that’s the conversation worth having.
Questions
Straight answers
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly small UK businesses outside the tech world: driving schools, takeaways, barbers, taxi firms, trade suppliers, a currency exchange and a lighting studio, all of them written up.
We also build the harder end — AI agents, automation pipelines and custom models — for teams who’ve outgrown off-the-shelf tools.
Who will I actually be talking to?
The people building it. You speak directly with the engineer writing your code, and the whole build stays in-house — which is why scoping tends to be quick and estimates hold up.
How do you scope a project, and how long does it take?
We start from the job the thing has to do — take the booking at 11pm on a Sunday, take the order, save the afternoon of copy-paste. Every feature is measured against that job, and the ones that don’t serve it don’t get built. A single-location business and a multi-town operation are different jobs, so the scope is written for yours and you see it before any work begins.
A typical small business website runs two to four weeks depending on scope. Agents and automation are scoped case by case. Either way you get a timeline before anything starts.
Can you guarantee we’ll rank on Google?
Treat a guaranteed ranking as a warning sign from anyone who offers one — Google says exactly that in its own guidance on hiring an SEO.
What we can do is structural: pages built around the places you genuinely serve, valid local business markup, a site that’s fast on mobile data, and a Google Business Profile that matches. That’s the work, and it’s what makes a ranking reachable.
Do I actually need AI?
Often the simpler build wins. Where that’s true of your project we’ll build it that way — less to go wrong, and usually the result that holds up longer.
Where AI earns its place is the unglamorous work: the agent that handles the fiftieth identical enquiry, the automation that saves an afternoon of copy-paste, the model that catches what a person would have missed.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Our work so far is all UK. The build itself is done remotely, so distance has always been beside the point — tell us where you are and we’ll be straight about whether we’re a good fit.

Tell us what you’re trying to build
A few details is enough to start. One of our engineers replies within one working day — a straight conversation about the job and whether we’re the right people for it, and you’re free either way.
