The brief

In this trade, trust is effectively the product: a customer weighing up whether to hand over money is judging the business partly on how it presents itself, and clutter or vagueness works against that before a word has been read.
The brief was a site that reads as credible and secure at a glance, with services, location and contact details immediately findable, and none of the sales-heavy design that smaller financial services sites tend to carry.
The build
We built a calm, uncluttered site where the layout itself does the reassuring. Services and location information sit clearly and immediately, with a direct path to getting in touch about a transaction, so a visitor never has to hunt for the basics before deciding whether to trust the business.
We deliberately avoided the busy, banner-heavy pattern common in the sector in favour of generous space and a clear hierarchy. Content and metadata are structured around Harrow and the surrounding area, so the business is findable by the people nearby who can actually walk in.
The outcome
A.R Worldwide has a site that gives a first-time visitor an immediate sense of a professional, established operation, with services and location easy to find and getting in touch about an exchange reduced to a single step.
The restrained design places the business alongside larger exchange bureaus rather than beneath them, and the local structure gives it visibility for Harrow-area searches.
