UK studio · founded 2024
A small team that ships real software
We’re a UK-based AI and product studio. We build for businesses that need the thing to actually work on Monday — bookings taken, orders placed, enquiries answered — not a pitch deck about transformation.
What we do
Most of our clients aren’t tech companies
They’re driving schools, chip shops, barbers, taxi firms and trade suppliers — businesses where a website isn’t a brand exercise, it’s the thing that takes the booking at 11pm on a Sunday.
That shapes how we build. We start from the job the site has to do, keep the stack boring where boring is correct, and use AI where it genuinely removes work — answering the repetitive enquiry, sorting the order, flagging the pattern nobody had time to look for.
We also build the harder end: AI agents, automation pipelines and custom models for teams who’ve outgrown off-the-shelf tools. Same principle either way — it has to earn its place. You can see everything we offer, or go straight to the work itself.
How we work
Commitments we’ll hold ourselves to
And that you can hold us to. These are the ones we’d want to be judged on.
You talk to the people building it
No account layer relaying messages. The engineer writing your code is in the conversation, which is why scoping is quick and estimates hold up.
Scoped against an outcome
Every project starts with the number that has to move — bookings, enquiries, hours saved. If a feature doesn’t serve it, we’ll say so before it’s built.
Built in-house, start to finish
Nothing is outsourced. That keeps quality consistent and means there’s no one to point at when something needs fixing — it’s us.
We stay after launch
Monitoring, iteration and support once it’s live. A site that shipped and then quietly broke is worse than no site at all.
Where we stand on AI
Useful beats impressive
Plenty of AI work is a demo that never survives contact with real users. We’re interested in the unglamorous version: the agent that handles the fiftieth identical enquiry, the automation that removes an afternoon of copy-paste, the model that catches what a person would have missed.
If a problem doesn’t need AI, we’ll build it without — less to go wrong, less to maintain, and usually the result that holds up longer. We’d rather build the thing you still rely on in two years than the thing that demos well.
